Return & Refund Policy

At Utkal Bayanika (Boyanika), we take great care to ensure the quality of our handloom and handicraft products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions

Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • Products are eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must raise a return/refund request within 7–10 business days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events.

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Process for Returns

  • Contact our support team with your order details and proof (photographs if damaged/incorrect).
  • Once approved, the product must be shipped back to the provided return address.
  • Return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

In cases where a replacement is preferred, we will ship the new product after approval.
