All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). In case of high demand, natural calamities, or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be informed via email or phone if delays occur.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines generally range from 5–10 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.
For international orders (if applicable), delivery timelines and charges will vary based on destination.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, weight, and size of the products. Any promotional offers or free shipping eligibility will be displayed on the product or checkout page.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this ID to track your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Delays & Responsibility

While we do our best to deliver within the promised time, Utkal Bayanika is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
