Rules
All requests for returns or exchanges must be raised within 7–10 business days of the invoice date for domestic orders.
For international orders, requests must be raised within 20 days of the invoice date.

Interpretation & Definitions
Exchange: Customers can request a replacement item of equal or higher value (any difference in amount must be borne by the customer).
Return & Refund: Eligible returns will be processed within 7–10 business days once the returned product is received in its original condition with tags intact.
Domestic Orders: Valid for customers within India, subject to the 7–10 business days return/exchange timeline.
International Orders: Customers outside India must initiate requests within 20 days of the invoice date.
